    A good Mexican restaurant is hard to find … even here in Colorado. There’s a couple that are good, the better places are a half day’s drive to New Mexico. So, we settle on making our own.

  9. I know a lot of people who don’t like tacos. There are no good Mexican restaurants near me so if I want it I have to make it myself. I love Indian food too! I’m lucky there is a really great Indian food restaurant very close to me. 😀

  10. I’m not a fan of tacos I’m afraid, though I do like my food nice and spicey – like a good Indian curry – yum! You don’t find many Indian restaurants in Switzerland, certainly not in our valley, so I usually grab one when I return to the UK – unless Judith makes one of course! 🙂
